LEARN – Virtual Leadership Development Program

EWN’s LEARN virtual program is a six month (half day) activity-filled program that offers professional women an opportunity to develop their Leadership Abilities, Competencies and Strengths.  Programs are held at client locations as well as through EWN University.  Each program includes:

• Six facilitated education sessions
• Measureable action assignments
• One executive coaching session
• Group discussions and breakout sessions
• Accountability partner participation

LEAD – Virtual Quarterly Connections & Executive Coaching

EWN LEAD Programs are life-changing professional development experiences that teach leadership skills, build confidence and create amazing connections essential to realizing your leadership potential!

EWN LEAD Quarterly Connection Programs  include: 1/2 day educational sessions, networking luncheons and panel events created to offer professional women opportunities for continued learning, relationship building and practical experience.

EWN LEAD Executive Coaching Programs are in-depth one-on-one leadership development opportunities that focus on preparing you for the next step in responsibility and management. The move from player to coach is not always a natural transition having a trusted advisor along the way keeps you on track and focused.

EWN’s SUCCEED programs take advantage of the organizations resources and connections through:

EWN Virtual Community Events are held throughout the Chicagoland area and cover topics important to professional women in the workplace. Our events include a variety of speakers, panels, luncheons and in-person experiences that effectively connect EWN members and attendees to each other.

EWN Virtual Community Round Table Events are smaller groups of EWN Members and Guests who share knowledge, opportunities and advice. They are facilitated by EWN Leadership Team Members, and feature speakers, videos, and articles  on current, relevant business topics. There is no cost to attend EWN Round Table Events.
