Georgia Dudley is the Founder and CEO of Empowering Women Network, Inc. (EWN). EWN was founded in June of 2002 and is a company dedicated to leadership and the advancement of professional women. EWN supports its corporate clients through professional development programs (for business women) that include: leadership education, executive business coaching, networking and executive memberships.

Prior to starting EWN, Georgia along with a business partner founded Encore Consulting Services, Inc., a business and technology consultancy firm based in Chicago, IL. Georgia was the driving force behind Encores profitable growth in its first years of business and built the company from the ground up to a consistent profitable revenue stream of $7M yearly. Encore currently employs 50 professional men and women full-time.

Georgia has spent the last 30 years as a business owner, sales executive and speaker.  She has extensive experience in women’s leadership education, training and professional development.

In 2004, Georgia was recognized and given the prestigious Influential Women in Business, award presented in conjunction with the National Association of Women (NAWBO) and the Business Ledger. She was nominated in 2007 for the prestigious Athena International Award. The Athena International award is presented to business women who demonstrate excellence and creativity in business and actively assist women in realizing their full leadership potential.
