Monica Guillory, SPHR is Director HR and Workplace Inclusion for RR Donnelley, an $11 billion global Fortune 300 Print and related services company. Monica is responsible for Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Human Resource leadership for the logistics platform including 9 locations in Central/NE US. While most of her career background is in Human Resources, her professional career also includes management roles in healthcare provider relations and broadcast communications.  Her expertise includes leadership development, employee engagement, motivating teams, employee relations, project management and group facilitation.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston and is a certified Human Resources professional.

Currently Guillory serves as a Board Member for Diversity MBA Magazine, Board Member Empowering Women Network (EWN), Director on the Workforce Investment Board of Will County and is a Board of Director at Large for Emerging Life Solutions, Inc (ELS) a non-profit agency working to house and educate homeless youth. She is active in the Bolingbrook Chamber of Commerce, and a volunteer youth mentor. In addition, she is the founder of an award winning Corporate Women Mentoring Program.
